Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value added tax and other price components. The shipping costs are shown separately in the shopping basket.

Delivery within Germany and the EU:

In addition to the listed prices, we charge a flat shipping fee of 6.00 euros per order for the delivery of brochures and products. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again in the shopping cart and on the order page.

The price for the delivery is calculated based on your order and the delivery location. You will be informed separately after placing your order.

Orders from non-EU countries:

In addition to the listed prices, we charge a flat shipping fee of 5.61 euros per order for the delivery of brochures and products. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again in the shopping cart and on the order page.

The price for the delivery is calculated based on your order and the delivery location. You will be informed separately after placing your order.

Note to dealers:

The flat-rate shipping fee is [6.00] euros. The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory value-added tax. Since the value-added tax on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated based on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower sales tax rates. This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be definitively calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher; it can only be lower, to your advantage.
